The purpose of my life is to live an honest and progressive life by making achievements
through hard work to be rewarded justly and to serve people for their social, political and
economic betterment.
I believe that the organizations where I have worked so far have benefited from my expertise
and respective experiences. I am a very good team player and assist my team members in
accomplishing tasks assigned to us. My adaptability to all working environments irrespective
of the difference in culture, gender, religion, race, nationality and age always helps me in
demonstrating my leadership skills. To work as an IT Professional in the fields of Project
Management, Planning and Internetworking with an urge to explore new paradigms of this
rapidly growing era of Information Technology.
I am searching for new avenues not only to grow more but also to deliver and render more in
proportionate to my potentials and improve the level of my experience. My potentials as
administrator, manager, coordinator, trainer, proposal, and Lecturer in Computer Science
enable me to adjust in any organization, which pursues human welfare.

Work Experience (Seventeen Years)

I have got 9 years work-experience as Web Administrator ICMS.

I have four years’ experience as Assistant Programmer PDA.

I have four year experience as Program Supervisor PDA.

As Web Admin: I have been working as Web Admin in Institute of Computer and
Management Sciences (ICMS) Peshawar. It is the premier educational institute of NWFP. It
renders services in other social welfare activities besides education. It has, hence, enabled
me to get multidimensional experience.

 As Web Admin I am responsible for all the web issues. It is my job to interact with all
the web, in order to give a smooth run to the organization internally. I issue circulars
and arrange meetings for this purpose. I also act as bridge between director and rest
of the organization.

 One of my responsibility as Coordinator is to act as trainer to the new programmers


under Head of the Computer Science Department. The major task of Computer
Science is to codding and inducts administrative personnel and web administrator for
ICMS. I also have to sit in the Admission Committee, which awards admissions to the
students.

 An interesting assignment as web admin is to prepare and make multimedia


presentations for visiting guests and on various other occasions. It tests my skills as
Presenter and as an expert of Power Point as well.

 Event Management is another of my responsibility as Coordinator. I take great


interest in managing events like students’ gatherings, parents’-teachers’ meetings,
Qirrat and Naat Competitions, charity functions, funfairs, important days’
celebrations, workshops, seminars and convocations etc. I also host some of such
programmes.

 I have ample experience of providing support in implementation of different projects


by effective evaluation and monitoring. It is the responsibility of Coordinator and
Chief Accounts Officer in this organization to evaluate and monitor different projects
in order to give recommendations for the release of finances by the director.

 One of my responsibilities as web admin is to carry out all the logistic and
procurement activities for different projects undertaken by our organization. It
includes all the examinations, which are held at ICMS.

Course Completion:
1. Six months web programming .

Key Responsibilities: To manage the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis.


1. Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined
Service L Agreements.
2. Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop
applications, L and / or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
3. Responsible for the IT Budget.
4. Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
5. To manage the ICT department includes staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and
c development.
6. To maintain and develop the company website.
7. Provide periodically written reports to the IT Manager on all aspects of the IT
Department.

Other Responsibilities: -
 Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk.
 Design and supervision of web site.
 Implement new technology in the company.
 Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure system.
 Develop IT policy and SOPs maintaining the highest standards of quality management.

 Prepare infrastructure according to company business plan.
 Vendor Management, Training of Staff and Conduct Audit.
 Decision on change management.
 Prepare Policy and Procedure.

 I take leisure in reading English literature and newspapers for politics.


 I want to spend some of my leisure time in Honey Bee Keeping.
 I have keen interest in computer networking.
 I watch different TV channels for news and discussions on various subjects.

Extracurricular Activities:

 I always remained a very good sportsman since my childhood. I used to play Cricket,
Hockey and Badminton. But I played hockey during school enrolment.

 I always remained a very active student in my academic career. As mentioned above


I used to participate in various kinds of extracurricular activities. Owing to my
prominent performance I was selected Students’ Proctor during university enrolment,
which is an honour for a student.
