AYAM KULUYUK

Ingredients
400 g Chicken fillet thinly cut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves of garlic, thinly crushed
1 tablespoon fish sauce
50 g tapioca flour
1 egg
For Sauce
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 onion cut in big pieces
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
3 big red chillies or 1 medium red paprika
150 ml water
salt to taste
sugar to taste
pepper to taste
A little of vinegar to adjust the taste
2 teaspoons of corn flour or tapioca flour mix with 3 tablespoons of water
Directions
1. Mix: The chickens with garlic, salt, pepper, fish sauce, and egg, and then leave
it for 30 minutes.
2. Coat the chicken with tapioca flour, and then fry with deep fry pan. Set aside
3. Heat up a pan, give 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then saut onion and garlic
until fragrant. Add the paprika, continue stirring for a while. Then add the
water, fish sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Continue cooking for a
while then give the vinegar and corn flour/tapioca flour. Continue cooking for 3
minutes then add the chicken.
