TELUR BALADO

Ingredients
5 chicken eggs
Spice Paste
10 red chillies (or less, depend on your taste)
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tamarind
Salt and sugar to taste
Directions
1. Boil the eggs, peeled, fried and set aside
2. Grind or blend the spice paste, then saut it until fragrance. Add the tamarind
and a little of water.
3. Add the eggs, mix with the sauce and continue cooking for couple of minutes.
