display.

1.1 Calibration of the weigh bin

The calibration of the weigh bin is necessary after
any movement of the blender, as well as periodi-
cally to ensure accuracy. Please follow the execu-
tion steps for calibration the scale in Chapter 2.6.6

Explanation:
VIRGIN and REGRIND component weights or

3.2 Calculation formula
The calculation formula is used for the preparation The weight of the ADDITIVE component (CW) is
of recipes. For the calculation three input parame- calculated relative to the weight of the component
ters are served as acceptance: VIRGIN (VW):
TW Total weight
TW = RW + CW + VW
RW Total weight REGRIND Material
This corresponds:
R% Percentage of REGRIND Material
CW Total weight ADDITIV Material
C% Percentage of ADDITIV Material
VW Total weight VIRGIN Material At the calculation formula, the VIRGIN weight
components are adjusted so that the original
weight of all components is not changed.
The weight of REGRIND component (RW) is
calculated relative to the total weight:

The percentage of the ADDITIVE components is

calculated as followed:
