    We have received your recent letter dated 3rd September 2017 concerning the late delivery for your
    order of 25 COPIES OF IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    We genuinely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us . We are
    very sorry you did not receive your order as promptly as you expected. We experienced an unusually
    large number of orders, which disrupted our normal delivery schedule and all this has led to this
