I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mr Kay Lim during his period of
employment with L B Construction (1988) Pte Ltd from 10 th Dec 04 to 12th Nov
05.

During this period, Kay helped me with a variety of functions including safety
and structural works. In his safety scope, he has assisted our safety officer in
day to day implementation of safety house-rule on site, initiating and promoting
several good safety practices and also conducting safety talk regularly. In his
structural scope, he coordinates and conducts inspection with our Consultants.
He also liaises with the Consultant on material testing.

I found Kay to be a highly responsible, diligent and conscientious worker. His
