OBJECTIVE FOR THE WEEK:

To be able to collect all my account receivable.

To be able to visit all of my account in area 2 north Cotabato.
Conduct reading of bad order.
Check competitor activity.

STRENGTH:

Last week we book 8 accounts in this area estimated of their purchase was 1.3 million.
Our stocking level in the some of my accounts was very high. They very thankful
because they can serve the demand order of their customer.

WEAKNESSES:

Some of them did not purchase because they already newly delivered, some of them did
not delivered their previous booking
The account did not purchase more due to vacation of classes.
OPPORTUNITY:

It is very big opportunity to maintain our delivery lead time, so we can follow our master
coverage plan every week.

THREATS:

It is threats to us the no harvest season and vacation of classes in my area we expect

that my sales must be affected because they control their purchase.

RECOMMENDATION:

I recommend that in making of credit memo of bad order must be fast and efficient.
