To answer correctly a 50-item periodic test
within 45-60 minutes.
II. SUBJECT MATTER:
A. Lesson: All Topics covered for the first grading
exam.
B. Reference: Science Grade 8- Learning Module
C. Materials: Questionnaire
III. PROCEDURE:
1. Distribution of the questionnaire.
2. Instructions should be followed in answering
the test.
3. Tell them that at the end of 45-60 minutes,
the papers will be collected.
