Why Composite
Lightweight: Glass reinforced composite poles having density 1.7kg/dm3
are lighther 4,5 times than steel 1,5 times than aluminum 9 times than
concrete poles. Low mass saves handling transport and erection costs.

Non Conductive: Perfect electrical isolation properties completely

prevents accidental electrocution by electrical leakage and faulty wiring.

Longevity: Under or above ground parts of composite poles completely

resistant to corrosion. Composite poles having superior corrosion
resistance, preferred in marshlands, acidic soil, sea shore, salty smog and
high temperarure fluctuation regions. Completely resistant to humid,
foggy, salty smog atmospheric enviroments and UV radiation.

Ecological importance: Composite poles are ecological,
once they are produced, they require no chemical
treatment like wood and steel poles. Wood and steel poles
in time cause pollution and environmental problems in soil
erected around. There is no disposal and recycling costs of
composite poles as chemically treated poles, have long life
and can be reused.
Composite poles produced by 4A can be safely used
in place of wood, concrete, aluminum and steel poles
exposed serious problems like salt corrosion near seashores,
marshlands, an regions having great temperature

kapldr. Yllarca zararl gne nlar, rzgar, yamur kar ve toz gibi evresel etkilere
kar koyar. Galvanizli elik ve beton direk boyalarndaki gibi kabuklanma, kabarma
ve dklme kompozit direklerde grlmez. zellille deniz kenar ve denize yakn
yerlerdeki yerleim blgelerinde kullanlan galvanizli, beton ve alminyum direk
yzeylerinde grlen koyu gri kararma, ton katmanlar, rzgar ak izleri kompozit
direklerde bulunmaz. Galvanizin tuz etkisiyle direkten sklmesi kompozit
dirklerde rastlanmaz. Filaman sarg yntemiyle retilmi direklerin d yzeyleri

Design and Production
Composite poles can be produced in any shape that landscape
architects design. Painted in any color and pattern according to urban
aesthetics. Any kind of limunarie can be mounted on top. In the case of
illumination of body from inside top mounted limunaries as seen below
should be preferred.
4A Kompozit poles can be designed on any specified wind load. Poles
produced by filament winding method has high strength. Resist wind
speeds even more than 210Km/hr and do not break. Poles have high
bending strength. Composite structure damps pole oscillations quickly
and prevent any electrical transmission wire breakage.
Poles having superior properties are
produced high strength glass fiber
and long lasting resin combination by
filament winding method. Fibers are
wound spiral and continuously in poles
by filament winding method.
Outer surface is coated with UV resistant and all weather condition
polyurethane or acrylic paint. Withstands environmental conditions
such as harmful solar rays, wind, rain, snow and dust. As occurred in
concrete steel and aluminum poles paint crusting, swelling, spalling and
flaking does not occur in composite poles. On aged galvanized surfaces
of metal poles at seashore and near seashore residential area, especially
heavy swelling, gray shadows and wind flow lines are not seen on
composite poles. Outer surfaces of filament winded poles are grinded.
Application of undercoat diffuse in to pole surface ensure perfect primer
to composite adherence and also topcoat in any color.
