WRITING/GRAMMAR: We continued with using a 5-square graphic
organizer to help students better organize facts in their informative -Apex Fun Run fundraiser: We cant wait until
writing pieces. We are practicing by writing about our Chillin the Apex Fun Run Race on Wednesday,
Places November 29th. Third grade will be racing at
SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES: We continued with parts of a map, 10:30. The race will be outside (weather
including the title, legend/key, symbols, compass rose, and scale. permitting*). Parents are welcomed and
