CONTRACT OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOWN TO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, XANDER FORD, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Barrio Baho, Cebu City,
Philippines, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P 250, 000), Philippine Currency, to us in hand paid to our full satisfaction by SPOUSES
MOMMY SHARK and DADDY SHARK, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of Barangay
Humot, Cebu City, Philippines receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto said spouses Mommy Shark and Daddy
Shark, 20 kilos of marijuana and more particularly described as follows:

20 kilos of green, dried, shredded flowers and leaves of Marijuana, placed in pink
resealable plastics, containing 0.5 kilos every plastic, totaling 40 plastics of
Marijuana.

of which I am the owner.

That henceforth full right of ownership and possession of the above-described property
shall pertain to the said spouses Mommy Shark and Daddy Shark, their heirs, successors and
assignees free from all liens and encumbrances.
