Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are prepared for the day? She Hypes them up, and prepare interesting warm up to create suspension and excitement.
Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are involved and attentive? She uses differentiation based on their levels, and she even provide the special needs with activities to do.
Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their
attention and move to the next task? She gets them real life living things such as turtle,birds and rabbits.
Behaviour: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?
When they misbehave she tell them no break, or telling them that theyll go back to KG, and with that they sit politely.
Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a
group/individually e.g. praise, self-confidence, humour, support She tries to interact with the students by praising them, providing them support, and she uses humor to make the lesson fun and serious nor boring.
