Activity This assignment will have student create a virtual
story book. First, the teacher will show the class
how to use the story board app by via projector.
The teacher will also show his/her example of her
narrative story on the Story Creator app. After
explaining how to use the app to the students, they
will need to create a narrative story with a
beginning, middle, and end. After the students

This assignment will have students collaborate
their pre-writing ideas by creating a concept map
on the Popplet app. First, the teacher will show
how the class how to access and use the Popplet
app, and how to create a concept map. She will
explain how using a concept map is one way to
brainstorm your writing ideas. After explaining how
to use and access the app, the teacher will have
groups of four pick a writing topic. Each group will
then access the Popplet app and brainstorm ideas
with each other for their writing topic.
