1. Client: Imamul Arafat , Sr. Manager, Telco Business Development

2. Fiber Optic: Network Solutions in Bangladesh which is a Joint Venture with USA & Danish Fiber

3. It was our 1st meeting;
4. However, from online he found our office contact number and called us for meeting
5. My supervisor Tamjid vi accompanied me
6. They also called Chalkdust, Adcom & Dreamer Donkey Ltd. In the meeting
7. Basically they wanted to make 2D cartoon series in Animation
8. They wanted to done the work by a strong dedicated Team whereby other Media
Agencies might also include
9. As a reference they told about ‘’Tom n Jerry’’ example
10. Already they have finalized the Story of cartoon (Almost Copy of a Cartoon but no
dubbing as well as scenario will be different)
11. Initially they need a Technical Proposal (for 10 min) whereby we have to put everything
including budget, costing, duration , per second cost e.t.c
12. We have to send the proposal by next week (11.1.17)
13. If everything goes with the plan then we could start the work by next of the month in
sha Allah

Remarks

Cartoon will be for Kids they will provide the Concept. There might be a character Grammo Dada
which now we have to make it run in the market. However the Cartoon has already made, kind
of copy but Dialogue must be changed .Duration will be like Max 10min.Besides they are
preparing to make a channel especially for cartoon named ‘’Cartoonflix . Their main concern is

 Intensive communication
 Dedicated team
 Proposal for 10 min (needed) with budged
 Privacy issue
 Owner need proposal in USA
 Budget at a side: like 1. Tom jerry 2. Novita
 When the DEMO will be created then everything will move on
 Cartoon will be based on Rural prospect > like ‘’Grammo dada lungi pore ,gramer mathe hatse ‘’
