Congratulations for having been chosen as one of the awardees of the MGA BAGONG RIZAL for 2017. The search
was difficult but PCGE knows it has chosen the best among the best nominated. While the others who were not
chosen can also be models for the exemplar Filipino youth, PCGE can only choose 17.

Please find below details about the program of activities and requirements before the event.

21 November Arrival and check in at Eurotel, Makati

22 - 23 November Leadership Training

24 November Awards and Cultural Night

25 November Check out of Eurotel Hotel

26 November Fly a Kite at Luneta Park

Important requirements we will be needing from you to submit to us thru email (pcgeinc@gmail.com)on Monday,
13 November are the following:

1. Complete Name/ Nickname, School Name, Municipality, Province, Motto (original, Filipino or English) and
top 3 Major accomplishments with pictures or short videos.
2. 1 whole body and 1 half body sized coloured picture with your Regional costume or Filipiñina costume.

IMPORTANT that we consciously liaise and we will be strict with the deadlines. NO SUBMISSION on the said date
before close of business means you will have no AVP presentation highlighted during the whole event.

TRANSPORTATION:

PCGE will only shoulder the roundtrip ticket expenses of the awardees. We encourage that you purchase your
ticket and we will reimburse them as you arrive on the 21st November in the hotel.

For Luzon awardees, travelling by land shall also be reimbursed with your bus ticket.

For Visayas and Mindanao awardees, airfare tickets should be presented to us on the day of the arrival with your
boarding pass attached to it.

Please purchase ticket the soonest as the fare can be very high the closer the date approaches. We appreciate your
help by choosing the cheapest flight you can get.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

PCGE only reserved rooms only for the awardees.

For chaperones, we can assist with the hotel reservation if you choose to stay at Eurotel. This will be at your own
personal expense. Kindly send us name of your chaperone for us to avail you of cheaper corporate room rates.

Check in date for the awardees are on the 21st November. This is enough time for everyone to have a good rest
and be ready for the next day Leadership Training.

Kits for the Leadership Training and schedules shall be provided as you arrive at the venue.

We will appreciate if you call us the soonest you receive these information for clarifications. Kindly print out this
letter and go over all the information/ requirements before you make a call.
