REFLECTION PAPER
Our event title was Bobcat’s Game Ka Na Ba. Our group’s first general meeting was held on
September 15, 2022. Our professor gives us instruction to group ourselves into three groups
before the class start. During the planning of the event all the members in the group give some of
their ideas and suggestion. But our group decided to do a variety show or game show event with
a twist. The twist is that we will make a parody commercial that will make sure that our
participants will enjoy watching it. My participation to the group was that our event manager
which is Ms. Buelo delegate our task to be able to finish our task on time. My task is that to do
the event compliance. Because our professor gives us 5 days to complete the event proposal and
present it on September 20, 2022 at 3PM and execute the event on September 22, 2022 at 1PM-
7PM. Our second group meeting was on September 16, 2022 at 2:30 PM. During this meeting
we plan about the parody commercial. What parody commercial we will do and when we will
shoot it. Our last meeting is on September 19, 2022 our event coordinator explained the flow of
the event. A day before the event we conduct a Dry Run to know what will the flow of the event.
During the execution of the event my task is to arbiter and observed who will off their camera
and raise their hand. During the event we feel so nervous but we manage to stay calm and go
with the flow. At the end of the event, we are so happy that we did great to our event without any
technicality issue.
My assigned task during the meeting is to do the event compliance. An event compliance is
that the event compliances in a company are generally one-time requirements by the concerned
laws or are desirable to remain legal perfect, and protected and should be taken care of by the
directors of the Company. These compliances should be notified to concerned authorities within
a specific period of time after the occurrence of such event or any change made. My second
assigned task is to be an arbiter in the game show. An arbiter is that a person who manage the
show and observed the participants who break the rules. I will rate my performance into 4
because I know I did my very best I can do to participate in this event. I rate my group
performance 4 because I know that no one is perfect and sometimes we did wrong. But we
managed to correct it as soon as possible. The challenge I encounter in creating and executing
our event is that during the parody commercial it was a rainy day because of this there are some
delays of the shooting. During the event the challenge I encounter is that my internet is unstable.
My experience in organizing our first event is that it’s difficult for me because it is my first time.
But with the help of each in our group we did it really great and I know we did our very best in
this event.

 NARRATIVE REPORT
The name of the event of the group of Mr. Romasanta’s group is Mobile Legends
Tournament. The flow of the event is, it is start with the opening prayer, next the national anthem
and the university hymn. After that the event organizer do the opening remarks and start the
event. They start with the introduction to the teams and players as well as the rules and
mechanics of the game. After that they do the ice breaker which is quiz about mobile legend and
guess the hero. Some student gets the answer because most of us know how to play this game.
After the ice breaker the game begin the game master headcounts the players to know who is
missing to the team. During the game I’m a bit nervous because of our competitor is stronger
than our team. We lose to the 1st game but we manage to win the 2nd and 3rd game. After the
game they announce the winner and give the prize. Before the event ends, they proceed to the
closing remarks and send an evaluation form in the group chat and chat box in the zoom meeting.
During the event of Mobile Legends Tournament, I really enjoy the game because I learn about
teamwork in this game and enjoying it at the same time.

The name of the event of the group of Mr. Argonia’s group is Flip and Sip Drink N’
Chill. The flow of their event is, it is start with the opening prayer, next the national anthem and
the university hymn. After that they introduce the speaker of the event’s webinar which is Mr.
Santos. He discusses about the cocktail, mocktail and the measurements of the cocktail and
mocktail. After the discussion the group play some of the mocktail and cocktail mixing as well
as the flairtending. After that they have a quiz/ game about the discussion. Many students won a
prize and really participated to the event. Then they processed to the closing remarks. I really
enjoy the event because I gained some new knowledge at the same time, we enjoy the game.
