Dear Dr. Ronato,

Good Day!

I hope this letter finds you well. In connection with the upcoming 'Valentine’s Day'
Celebration to be held in school on February 14, 2024, Wednesday, the Arts Club has been
assigned the task of decorating and beautifying the school for the event. Accordingly, we
humbly request financial assistance for the materials needed for the designs and
decorations.
However, we propose a condition: we commit to reimbursing the amount spent on designs
and decorations after the event, once the Student Council (SSC) has received funds from the
revenue or share generated by the various booths. This arrangement has already been
discussed and agreed upon by both the SSC and the Arts Club.

The materials needed are as follow:

1. Cartolina (15pcs) – 120 pesos (8 pesos each)
2. Styrofoam (2pcs, 1/2x24x24) – 56 pesos (28 pesos each)
3. Balloons (100pcs) – 200 pesos
4. Yarn (6pcs) – 48 pesos (8 pesos each)
5. Glitters – 100 pesos
6. Crepe Paper (15pcs) – 150 pesos (10 pesos each)
7. Pins and thumbtacks – 50 pesos
8. Double-sided tape (3pcs) – 80 pesos (27 pesos each)
9. Stick glue (5pcs) – 25 pesos

Total Amount: 829 pesos
