Praise authors thank God Almighty for the gift of His writers can complete
a paper entitled "MANAGEMENT OF HYPERTENSION IN PRIMARY CARE"
as one of the requirements to meet the requirements in the following activities of
the Registrar's Office Senior Clinical (KKS) in the Ministry of Health Sciences
society, Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra. On this occasion, I
wish to thank you profusely to dr. Isti Ilmiati Fujiati, MSc, CM-FM, as the
supervisor of papers, on his willingness to take the time and thought to guide,
support, and provide feedback to the authors so that the paper can be solved as
well as possible.
The author realizes that this paper is not perfect, both in terms of both
substance and procedure writing. Therefore, the authors expect criticism and
constructive suggestions for the improvement of this paper at a later date.
Hopefully this paper can contribute to the development of science, especially in
