EXHIBITORS REMARKS - FAQ’S

In the eShow website www.the-eshow.com clicking section Exhibitors and then Services,
you can manage directly the following utilities:

EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS
ʯʯ You can request and print them directly.
The ID cards will be valid only to enter the show during the celebration days (25th and
26th October).
Remember that in order to enter the exhibition area during the build-up and dismantling
days, you will have to contact SERVIFEMA.

INVITATIONS – PROFESSIONAL PASSES

ʯʯ The Electronic Invitation Service allows you to send it by e-mail to your clients.

AGENDA ON LINE
ʯʯ Manage before eShow appointments with visitors who come to your stand.

SERVICE CONTRACTING
Regarding the services you may need, please remember that modular stand, obligatory
services requested by Ifema as well as furniture, carpeting and any ornamental element
must be contracted through our Event Office:

If you participate as an exhibitor with the modality “All in One” remember that you have
included:
ʯʯ Modular booth construction
ʯʯ 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 front desk counter vinylated with your logo
ʯʯ Mandatory Insurances and Services
ʯʯ Daily booth cleaning
If the both area is over 24 m2 includes 6 chairs, 2 round tables and 1 counter vinylated
with your logo.

WIFI
ʯʯ WIFI service is managed directly by the organization to offer this service for free.
Each exhibitor will have an access key for 3 users, ensuring Internet connectivity to three
computers per company simultaneously.

ASSEMBLY
OWN STANDS: 23rd and 24th October 2017. 8:30 to 21:30 h.
MODULAR STANDS: Exhibitors with modular stands receive the contracted space the
24th of October 2017 from 12.00 h.
The pavilion will not be accessible prior to this date and time.

DISMANTLING
ʯʯ 26th October 2017 from 19.00 to 21.30 h.
ʯʯ 27th October 2017 from 08.30 to 21.30 h.
One person authorized by the Exhibitor must control the build-up and breakdown
activities all the time.
The Organization will not be held responsible for any damage or losses which may occur
to the exhibited materials present in the stands no dismantled after the established
breakdown period. The Organization has no obligation to store the goods and will
remove them at the exhibitor’s expense (9,60 € per sqm of occupied space).
Acces for wheelbarrow and elevator platforms
If you need to access with wheelbarrow and/or elevator platforms, please be aware that you
will have to fill in the application form for access. The form is available in Ifema www.ifema.es.
The machinery that is authorized to work in the fairground only will be allowed to work
during assembly and dismantling days. Outside these periods, they should be parked in
the designated area next to the truck parking (paying the corresponding parking fee )
or they should leave the fairground. In case the machinery parks in non-approved zone
during the event, they will be fined with a deterrent fee just as we do with cars: one
hour: 20€ (0.33€ per minute). Maximum daily rate: 100€

EXTRA WORKING HOURS FOR ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

ʯʯ In the event you need extra working hours for assembly and/or disassembly, you
have to request them to the Organization before 17.00 h. on the day you need them.
You will not be able to get this service after this time.

STANDS DESIGN
ʯʯ Maximum stand height is 3 m. If the stand proportions so allow, and provided that
the view is not obstructed, constructions exceeding this maximum height, up to
5m, shall be permitted, after prior consultation and the written authorizations with
The Organization.
ʯʯ The exhibitor is responsible for giving the rear side walls surpassing 2,5m in height
an adequate decorative painting finish in order to avoid walls adjacent to lower
stands give a poor image.
ʯʯ If the contracted space is open on all four sides and built by the Organization, shall
indicate if you want close any of these sides, if not specified, the stand will be built
with four open sides.
ʯʯ Exhibitors with modular stand must inform to eShow the name they want that
appear on the front of the stand. If not receive any information, the name that will
be appear will be the same as appearing in the Exhibitors List.
ʯʯ In case of be labeled by the exhibitor will not be necessary to submit this information.

ʯʯ eShow offers through WORKCENTER an online service to perform any kind of printing
you may require for your participation (wall vinyl, posters, folders, flyers, cards etc.)

SECURITY
ʯʯ The Organization of eShow provides dissuasive, general security and preventive
surveillance operations inside halls with a view to preserving law and order,
extinguishing fires or attending to emergencies of any nature. In no way are
these security services aimed at protecting the personal belongings of individual
Exhibitors. The Organization of the Show may not be held responsible for the theft
or pilfering of materials and objects deposited on stands, or for any damage that may
be sustained by objects, samples, personal belongings, build-up and/or exhibition
materials before, during or subsequent to the celebration of the Exhibition.

OTHER
ʯʯ The Organization cannot provide a special area for storing boxes and/or packaging.
Should you need this service, please contact SERVIFEMA.
ʯʯ To coordinate the removal of goods, please contact SERVIFEMA.
ʯʯ Exhibitors will be able, at all events, to access their stand 60 minutes before the
opening hour.
ʯʯ Exhibitors planning to perform sessions during the Convention should not forget to
check the pertinent regulations.
