I would probably choose the Wendy's meal because I am an active person and would like to eat more than three meals a day.
With this meal I would probably be able to eat again in three hours and it has a high enough protein level with fewer carbs for an
easy burn rate. The sodium is a little on the high side but I prefer a Wendy's meal over McDonalds and Burger King. I could
actually eat any of these meals based on my DRV but I don't think I would want to waste it on the high calorie and sodium count
of Back Yard Burger. Wendy's seems to be the best with Back Yard Burger being the worst.
