(E) Dist. Thane Of ASHOK DAULATA GURAV

Dear Sir,

This to confirm that the above society is registered under No.TNA/(TNA)/HSG/TC/9805/97/98 of dated
05/02/1998 is the owner of the above land pursuant to the conveyance dated __________registered
under number ____________dated ______________and that the society has
allotted/transferred/agreed to transfer the above flat/plot to Mr. AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA. We
hereby assure you that the said flat, as well as, the land appurtenant there to is not subject to any
encumbrance, charge or liability of and kind and that the title to the entire property is free and
marketable and dues in respect thereof have been paid up to date.

We say that Mr. ASHOK DAULATA GURAV is a member(s) of our Society. We have been informed by
the said member that by and agreement for sale dated 11/05/2010. He has sold/agreed to sale the said
flat/house to Mrs./Mr. AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA for total consideration of Rs. 9,00,000 and the
said agreement is registered with sub-registered of assurances on 11/05/2010.

The Society has issued the Share Certificate No. 25 dated 24/3/2003 bearing No. From 121 to 125 in
favour of Mrs./Mr. ASHOK DAULATA GURAV. In respect of Flat/House No. A/202 in the building No. A-
Wing situated at Sai Deva Co-Op HSG. LTD., Near Sai Baba Mandir Shirdi nagar Navghar Phatak Road
Bhayander (E), Dist. Thane 401 105.

We hereby declare that in pursuant to the meeting of general body/managing committee held on
____________ the Society has agreed to take Mr. AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA as a member of the
society. We say that no amount by way of society charges(s) or proportionate shares of outgoing in
respect of the said flat/house are due and payable by the foresaid member.

We have to inform you that the share certificate has not yet been issued in the name of Mrs./Mr.
AHOK DAULATA GURAV. In respect of the flat/house. As soon as the said certificate is issued in the
name of Mrs. /Mr. AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA we will forward the same directly to DHFL with an
assignment note

The society does not have any objection to Mrs./Mr. AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA obtaining a housing
Loan from DHFL by mortgaging the said flat with DHFL by way of security of deposit of title deeds.

We say that the said share certificate pertaining to the said member will be forwarded directly to DHFL
with assignment note attached therewith after the same is duly transferred in the name of Mrs./Mr.
AJAY GAYA PRASAD SHARMA

We also confirm that we have made necessary entries in our books of record, the charge the of DHFL in
respect of the said flat/house and his or her mortgaging the said flat with you by way of security for
repayment, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the said agreement.

We further say and undertake that till all the dues of DHFL are repaid by the said Mrs. /Mr. AJAY GAYA
PRASAD SHARMA and NOC to that effect is obtained from DHFL the Society will not allow
transfer/Sale/dispose/mortgage of the said flat or permit to part or otherwise deal in whatsoever
manner to any third party.
