BEING VEGETARIAN

It is considered vegetarian in an individual who carries out a type of diet based


on the main and the other in vegetables, fruits, cereals and seeds, leaving a trace

The benefits of being vegetarian are:

proper vitamin B12. therefore, vegetarians may have a lack of it and suffer from
anemia as a result of their deficit.

They need to seek advice to be able to carry this type of diet, because it is
possible that there are certain deficiencies of nutrients, which are found in foods
of animal origin

on the whole, i believe the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Being a


vegetarian is the best way to prevent disease and eat healthier
