Universal Design for Learning (UDL): With this site, I can turn on the script so that the words are played on
the screen as the narration plays on the video. This should help those who cant hear well or can only read
the English language.

Lesson idea implementation: This video will be presented in the fourth grade as we discuss how the position
of the Moon in relation to the Earth and Sun can affect how we see the moon. This lesson should only last
two days. At the end of the video, I would go through the video quiz that is provided.
To give them a physical activity, I will have the students create a model of the Moon, planet, and star. Each
group will be assigned one phase of the moon cycle. At the end of the lesson, I will have a quiz based on
position of the moon. This will contain pictures of the moon to be matched with the phase they represent.
Reflective Practice: This activity is meant to show the students a closer image of what the moons position
should be. Instead of just seeing it on a screen, the students get a hands on approach. To extend the lesson,

I would have the students take pictures throughout the month of the Moons phases at night to be shown in
class as a presentation.
