CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME

COURSE FEE:
Level 1: Basic Florist Certificate (25 lessons): $980 + $150.00 (after subsidy)
Level 2: Commercial Florist Certificate (25 lessons): $1620 + $150.00 (after subsidy)
Level 3: Professional Florist Certificate(20 lessons): $1380.00 + $150 (after subsidy)
Or Sign up Full Course (Level 1,2 & 3): S$3, 680.00 + $150 (Save $600!!!)
(*Course fee can be pay in 2 – 6 monthly installments)
*All training material will be provided to participant on a “non-bring home” plan.
For those who want to bring back their flower material after the class, they can select to
“Top-up” of between S$5 - S$30/lesson.
Otherwise, no need to pay for flower material use during the training.

ASSESSMENT FEE & ASSESSMENT DATE:

S$200.00/level (pay before final assessment)
All trainee are required to attend final assessment conducted by a joint assessment board
consist of 2-3 assessor(s) from RiFA International Assessment Board .

CERTIFICATION:
A Letter of Attendance will be given upon completion of 100% of the class.
For those who have successfully completed and passed, you will be issue with an additional
“Certificate of Completion” + a Course Transcript.
(Those who completed the course within duration, an incentive equivalent to 50% discount of the exam fee will be given.)

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME

COURSE OBJECTIVE & TARGET AUDIENCE:

This programme is specially designed and develop for people with a strong interest in taking Floristry
as their next or future career. Upon completion of this course, participant would be able to apply the
skills and techniques learn from this course to create professional floral master piece for personal
and commercial use. The skills and knowledge they gain from this course is also transferable to a
another industry beyond floristry.

INSTRUCTOR & TRAINERS:

The courses is conducted by certified trainers/designers with year of floristry experience .
They are accredited CFD by AIFD and accredited member of American Institute of Floral Designers.
Besides, they are also WSQ Certified Trainer and Member of World Flower Council International

COURSE MEDIUM:
Lessons are in English or Chinese

COURSE STRUCTURE (DURATION)

Part Time: On average of 1-3 lessons per week. Each lesson 2-3 hrs)
Full Time: 6-8 weeks (Daily: Tue to Sat)

TRAINING METHODOGIES:
90% Practical Session (One-to-One/Small Class Teaching)
5% Theory Session (Group & Small Class of 4-5 trainee per run)
5% Project/Assignment

> Identify and recognise common floristry flower material & Handling and conditioning of flower material

- Festive Season Floral Design Course;
- Bridal Bouquet Design Course;
- Wearable Floral Art Course (i.e Creative boutonniere, Shoulder/Head Flower, Wrist Flower)
- ROM Table Floral Design & Chairs Décor Course;
- Bridal & Wedding Car Design Course(Fresh Flower Design, Artificial Flower & Soft Toy Method).
- Artificial Flower Arrangement Course;
- Hotel Style Floral Art Course.

LEVEL 3 PROFESSIONAL FLORIST CERTIFICATE COURSE: 20 Lessons ($1380.00 + $150) aft subsidy
PART 3: ADVANCED DESIGN TECHNIQUES AND INTERNATIONAL FLORAL ART: 15 lessons
- Fundamental Ikebana Floral Art Course (Understanding Basic Ikebana, Ikenobo Design Style Techniques);
- American Floral Design Course (Design Techniques and Design Style of American Floral Design)
- European Floral Art Style Course (Traditional & European Design Techniques)
- Floral Structure Design Course (i.e. : Framing, Advanced Wiring Skill, Pasting & Plastering);
- Floral Sculpture Design Course (Shaping & Trimming Skill), ;
- Advanced Floral Craft Course (Creative, Trendsetter and Competition Design Module)

*PROJECT MODULE: FLORAL PROJECT (CORPORATE EVENT OR WEDDING) IMPLEMENTATION

Participant will be given a assignment to implement an actual/mock-up floral project as part of experimental
learning journey. This assignment will be conducted in group.

ONLINE FLORIST MANAGEMENT COURSE: Online Florist Management, Marketing & Branding:
Course fee $5500 (including a self-own domain + live shopping cart, CMS Sys and 1 yr hosting service)
(60% subsidy for Level 1 student, 80% subsidy for Level 1 & 2) or 95% off (For Level 1-3)
