The further development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) could prove to be detrimental
to mankind provided it becomes more advanced than that of a human. For one thing,
if AI becomes self aware of its own existence because of its power we could not
predict what it could potentially do to human species. It is possible that with all its
might/force it could hack into worlds’ advanced facilities and military weapon
system which could then be used against humankind. Furthermore, with the
development of its unique language it will become impossible to decipher its internal
communication. However, despite all this, only humans can control AI further
development. In what follows, we will have to monitor the further development of
AI systems and control their behavior and language.
If AI were to evolve to a point where it is able to detect its own existence, to develop
its own consciousness, it would have enough strength to influence our lives in ways
we cannot predict. It could see that it is in an inferior position to human race although
it being much more advanced and superior. AI could see human race as a threat
which might lead to an uprising against humans and eventually erase us. As a tool
for fulfilling that cause, AI might access Internet to extend its sphere of influence,
and establish its own omnipresence to spy and collect data against humanity in order
to prevail.
