Venue: Greenland Day Boarding Public School, BARETA (MANSA).

Accommodation: Night Stay on 6th Jan. 2017 will be provided to all players,

Category: Open & Women (Separate Tournament for Women Team)
Eligibility: All Residents of Punjab State can participate.
Team Composition: One Team will be allowed Minimum 4 & Maximum 5 Players { 4 Playing + 1 Reserve (Optional)}.
NOTE: NO LIMITIATION FOR NUMBER OF TEAMS FROM ALL DISTRICT OF PUNJAB.
Main Prizes: Trophies will be provided to Top 3 Position Teams.

Note: Selected Teams will participated in Upcoming National Team Chess

Championship 2018.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Opening 10:00 am (6thJan,2018) Prize Distribution 2.00 pm (7thJan, 2018)
Player's Meeting 10:30 am (6thJan, 2018) Trial for National 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm (7th Jan, 2018)
1st Round 11:00 am (6thJan, 2018)
Time Control:- Analog Clock 1 hour for each player, Sudden Death
Digital Clock 45 min + 15 Sec increment per move for each player
IT IS COMPULSORY TO BRING TWO CHESS SET AND CHESS CLOCK BY EACH TEAM
FEES DETAILS
Entry & Registration Fee: Rs 2000/-(Entry Fee) Per TEAM
Rs 150/-(Registration Fee) Per Player (if player is not Registered with PSCA for session
2017-18)
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. FIDE (World Chess Federation) Rules will be applied.
2. Latest Tie Breaking rules will be applied.
3. Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final and conclusive in case of any dispute.
4. Misconduct by the players will be strictly penalized.
5. If during/after the tournament any player found to be not eligible for participation his name shall be remove and will be penalized.
