JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ANTONIA G. MAÑOZA and CRESENCIA C. LABRAGUE, both Filipinos, of
legal ages, and residents of Catbalogan City, Samar, having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have personally known the person of GREGORIO OPRE for a

long period of time having been his long-time neighbor until February
07,1964;

2. That we affirm and confirm that he died last Feb. 07, 1964 in
Catbalogan City, Samar, but we do not know the cause of her death
for lack of knowledge in medical science;

3. That his death was not duly recorded properly due to the negligence
of her surviving heirs;

4. That we have seen his body and were present when he was buried;

5. That we are not in any way related to him, either by consanguinity or

affinity;

6. That we have voluntarily executed this affidavit to affirm and confirm

the foregoing statements for whatever legal purpose this may serve
best.
