Dear Ma’am:

Greetings!

I am writing this letter in line with my concern to inform you regarding what happened in my
advisory class, Grade 9-Van Gogh. It is already 4:00PM in the afternoon, my advisory class which
is supposed to be in the Science Room S302-A at 3:50PM has not yet arrived. With my instinct as
an adviser, I did what I know is the best. I tried to look for them in their homeroom classroom
which is S204, to find out nobody’s there.

There are SSG Officers who went to me and told me that there is untoward incident happened.
They also said that Mrs. Manalang was facilitating my class about the incident. Furthermore, as it
was already class time, I informed her that it is my advisory class and it is their Science time
already. She said that she’s investigating what happened. I asked her if she will just call those who
are involved and she declined my plea to allow those who are not involved to attend my class, so
I waited inside my classroom. At exactly 4:30, she sent my advisory class upstairs.

Now before going home, some of the teachers told me that the classroom is very dirty and the
chairs were not properly arranged. As for that situation, some of my students did not arrange the
chairs properly for the very reason that their suppose to be last period teacher is not there. Mrs.
Viloria, their MAPEH teacher recently retired from her post. I would like to apologize for what
