Records Verification, no license or authority to possess of any firearm or

ammunition has been issued to TONY MONTOYA Y PARCON, resident of Purok

Argentina, Brgy. Ma-ao, Bago City.

This issuance is upon the request of SPO1 Cardo Dalisay, a non-

commissioned police officer assigned at Bago City Police Station on his investigation

relative to the searched firearms and ammunitions upon the person of Tony

Montoya Y Parcon incidental to his lawful arrest.
