1. To ensure competent teaching, teaching related and non-teaching personnel in the


schools and learning centers, this office requires all schools heads to subntit the
School Development Plan. This will be lifted from the Individual Development
Plan of teaching and non-teaching personnel based from the results of the S.Y.
2017-20181ndivid ual Performance Commitment Result (IPCR).
2. The School Development Plan will be submitted to the PSDS for consolidation of
District Development Plan.
