I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all the

people who continuously encourage me to pursue my ambitions by helping me in
making my On-the-Job Training a possible one.

My special thanks are extended to the staffs that taught and shared to us about
the operations of Ismael Accounting and Auditing Firm, for imparting their
knowledge, skills and understanding about what future is ahead of us. I am
particularly grateful for the assistance given by Ms. Fredylinda J. Libed and Ms.
Kristine Joy Ismael. I am also grateful to all the staffs’ advices which helped me grow
professionally and personally.

To Ismael Accounting and Auditing Firm, thank you for giving me permission
in taking my On-the-Job Training from June 13 to July 14 in the company and also for
supervising, monitoring and guiding me during the OJT Program. Thank you for
being a great work place to enhance not only my technical skills but as well as the
social and spiritual aspects of my life and also for accompanying me until the
completion of my training.

To my co-interns who stayed with me and helped with all they can do, thank
you so much. My training is even more precious to me knowing that I have good
company who will continuously help me become a better person.

To my family, thank you for the love, encouragement, support, and for
providing all my needs financially and morally during the time of my training.
