 TARGET CUSTOMERS:
We expect that our customers are Class A and B specifically students of big
universities around Newpoint Angeles City.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


 SWOT ANALYSIS:

Strengths – We have a good quality of products and services as well. We can assure you
that you will never get disappointed with the taste of our coffees and pastries. We can
give the best service a customer deserves.

Weaknesses – We’re just an apprentice in business and we still have to learn a lot of
things. But despite of these, we know that we can excel in the business world.

Opportunities – As our target market needs more service, our competitors are less likely
than ever to provide it.

Threats – We all know that coffee shop is a frequent kind of business and this is a big
threat for us. Also, our customers are rare because they are Class A compared to other
business which has Class C and D customers.

 MARKETING AND STRATEGIES:


i. On the opening of our shop, we will give free cupcakes for every first 100
persons who will order our best seller Espresso Macchiato.

ii. We’ll make our coffee shop a heaven-like instagramable theme for the customers
to feel relaxed and free from stress.

iii. We will provide a Bliss Card for our regular customers. Each will receive points
that they can use to buy other offers.

iv. We offer discounts for a person who has his/her birthday that day. We will
require identification card, of course.

v. We offer free Wi-Fi on our shop for customer’s access and we’ll also install
electrical outlets at each table for laptops.

vi. Our coffee shop will offer various types of coffee and juices for customers’
refreshments and also some kinds of pastries.

vii. Bliss Caffeine will be open from Monday to Saturday (6:00am – 10:00pm) and
Sundays (6:00am – 9:00pm)

PROCESS FLOW AND DESCRIPTION

i. Make sure that the utensils and equipment
