EMBARKATION PROCEDURE
Pupils will check-in their luggage individually as required by the Airlines:-
You are allowed one suitcase (not exceeding 20kg) that you must be able to handle by yourself and
one piece of hand luggage to carry onboard (not exceeding 7 kg).
The suitcase must be securely locked and both suitcase and hand luggage must have identification tags.
Boarding pass will be given to you to when you check in your luggage. Hold on to your personal hand-
luggage at all times.
Liquids, Aerosols and Gels must be in containers with a maximum capacity of not more than 100ml
each. Liquids, Aerosols and Gels in containers larger than 100ml will not be accepted, even if the
container is partially-filled.
Containers must be placed in a transparent re-sealable plastic bag with a maximum capacity not
exceeding 1-litre. These containers must fit comfortably within the transparent re-sealable plastic bag, which
must be completely closed.
Only one transparent re-sealable plastic bag will be permitted per passenger.
The transparent re-sealable plastic bag must be presented separately for examination at the security
screening point.
Exemptions will be made for medications, baby food and special dietary items in Liquids, Aerosols and
Gels form. These items will be subjected to additional checks at the security screening point.
The suitcase must be securely locked and both suitcase and hand luggage must have identification tags.
Do not put money in any check-in luggage.
Boarding pass will be given to you to check in your luggage. Hold on to your personal hand-luggage (do not put
sharp items in your hand-luggage).
Pupils who are on medication must bring their own medication. For example asthmatic.
Pupils are at ALL times advised NOT to talk to strangers or to assist any strangers to carry luggage / bag at the
custom checkpoints. The strangers may be drug couriers in disguise.
Move and queue with the teachers-in-charge.
On the aircraft, pupils will sit in their assigned seat.
DISEMBARKATION PROCEDURE
On landing, pupils will move into their groups for orderly immigration clearance. Pupils must check that
the arrival/departure form is duly completed and signed.
After clearing immigration, pupils will proceed to the baggage-claim area. Wait in assigned groups for
baggage claim. Account for all pieces of luggage before moving out of the airport.
At the custom checkpoints, pupils are to check that their passports are stamped before leaving the
custom.
On arrival at any stop, pupils are to check their belongings especially their purses and wallets.

Quick orientation tour and enjoy Kan Toke Dinner. Guests sit on bamboo mats on the
floor and are served a range of northern Thai food to share with the table. The food

and etc. While you sit and eat a variety of Traditional Thai dances are shown on stage

Things To Bring / Check List
Pack only the essential items so that the luggage can be easily managed.
MONEY 零用钱
Not more than SGD50.00/ Sufficient Thai Bath . S$1 is approximately equivalent to Bath 24
**It is best to change your money in Singapore.
As all essentials will be provided, there is no necessity to bring too much cash. Just some HKD to
purchase souvenirs and books will be sufficient. Please note that the school and the organisers will
not be responsible for any loss of cash and personal belongings.
VALUABLES 贵重物品
Do not bring any valuables eg.: lots of cash, jewellery. Handphones are allowed. Please be
responsible with your electronic equiptments.
MEDICINE 药物品
As for personal medication, please pack & labelled them with your name in a zip-loc bag and bring it
along with you wherever we go. Always inform your teacher before you consume any medicine.
GIFTS 礼品
Bring along 3 - 5 gift items to be exchanged with students of the schools that you are visiting.
OTHERS 其他
Personal toiletries (packed in small containers), tour file, notebook, pen and some reading
materials, A small torch-light with new alkaline batteries, caps, sunglasses, calculator, locks & etc.
