C. Materials: Visual aid ( manila paper, pentel pen )

III. PROCEDURE
1.Introductory Activities
a. Students share to the class the concepts on previous lessons.
b. Ask students to give one attitude that will best describe them.
2. Presentation of the Lesson: The objective of the lesson will be presented.
3. Development of the Lesson
a. ACTIVITY- ‘THE POWER TRIAD’ Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors
b. ANALYSIS- What did you feel while doing the activity? When was the time you feel
disappointed by the choice of behavior because you know that there was
a more positive option but you just didn’t choose it?
c. ABSTRACTION- In what ways thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connected?
d. APPLICATION- What techniques or exercises do you use to strengthen yourself so as
to increase its potency to choose and control your life?
