Dear Sir/Madam,
RE: REQUEST TO VISIT AND INTERVIEW VR LAB ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF VIRTUAL
REALITY (VR)

My name is Muhammad Aneeq Aiyman Bin Roslan, I am currently an Economics Undergraduate at the
International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Gombak. As a project relating to my ICT module,
myself and my group are currently doing research for ‘Technology in Entertainment’. Here, we are tasked
to research and delve into the different kinds of technology being used in the entertainment industry and
how that technology has evolved and thus being adapted in the modern society we live in currently.

As such, we have thus identified Virtual Reality as a key player in modern day entertainment industry
and would like to further find out about the technology involved. Therefore, having identified VR Lab
Wangsa Maju a major innovator of such technologies in Malaysia, we would like to request for a visit to
interview one of your personnel for our project.

The details of what we seek from the interview and questions which we’ll derive from are as follows:
- Technology behind the scene
- Previous VR Technology and Purpose of VR Technology
- Issues with VR Technology
- VR technology and business process of the organization/company

This interview is expected to last for a duration of approximately between 60 to 30 minutes for which
around 10 – 15 questions will be asked. We wish to conduct the interview at your location as we would
also like to see how a VR lab operates and represents itself within the technology business. We also wish
to request if it be acceptable from your consent for us to Video and Audio record the whole interview
process. This is as we will use the video footages to be put into our video which we will be formulating
at the end of the whole project.

We sincerely hope to hear from your side soon and hopefully to have our request accepted from your
behalf.

Sincerely,
Muhammad Aneeq Aiyman Bin Roslan
