Respected Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to the meeting we had on August 23rd 2017 regarding the progress of school.I
have the following updates.

Foremostly the school building(805162) is being shifted to a newly built block. The new
building is equipped with the following facilities:

1. 6 rooms of the size(20X15ft) with marble flooring and attached washrooms

2. Water Dispenser
3. Play Ground
4. New furniture
5. Office Space with attached washroom
6. Junior Library
7. Work in Progress includes:Tree Plantation and Installation of Swings

Keeping in mind the policies outlined by Sindh Education Foundation(SEF) the school has a
strength of 210 students,a teaching staff of total 8 teachers and 2 maids(aya’s). The school
administration provides the uniform for each student.

However I have certain concerns related to school 805161 which I would like to bring to your
notice.To begin with I have still not received any subsidy beginning from the month of
February till June 2017 as per promised by you in the last meeting.The subsidy I received later
on was only for three months and which could only cater the needs of 120 students.Theron I
was verbally informed by Humera that the establishment cost of the school building(805161)
was deducted from the subsidy of July till September for all three schools. The overall
establishment cost for (805161) was Rs.375,000(3 lac 75 thousand -ONLY).

Me and my team had put in a lot of our time,hardwork and dedication for setting up this school
which included carrying out the tedious task of enrollments, printing forms, carrying out
fumigation sprays and conducting community meetings. We have been informed that the school
has been cancelled by the management of Sindh Education Foundation(SEF) without any
consideration of my the efforts I put in for this school.

All these months I have sincerely been investing all my time and energy to boost the potential for
the growth of this school. I feel that the decision made by SEF is very unjust. I am also
extremely dissatisfied with the reasoning given by ROK team which is extremely biased.

Keeping in mind the following points I would like you to reconsider our request and allow us to
re-open this school at a new identified location in Memon Goth. I would be really grateful to
you.
