CIRCULAR
Dear Parents,

The DOE has issued instructions through a Circular dated 13.01.2021 to call the students of X and XII
to school to conduct Practical work, Project work, discussion of latest syllabus etc. We have already
informed you through whatsapp class groups that we will reopen classes as per the following schedule:

Class X January 27, 2021 (Wednesday)

Class XII January 29, 2021 (Friday)

Now, as you are aware, our teachers have already covered the syllabus of classes X and XII and we are
busy with our Pre Board exams now.

Since practical exams have a high weightage for Board exams and we haven’t had any practice for that
,so it is highly recommended for students to come to school to practice the practical in order to score
better marks in practical and can improve the percentage of marks in Board exam.

Hence you are requested to send the following consent form to allow your ward as per the following
format. Fill in the details, send one copy to your class teacher and send the hard copy through your
ward on the first day of reopening of school.

To ensure the safety of the students, we are calling the students to school only for two days in a week
from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The Time Table, Schedule of Class, Timings and other details will be informed to you later on.

Note:The parents will pick and drop their wards on their own.There will be no transport provided by
the school.
