CONDITION
Upon completion of the S&T program, the scholar
-graduate shall return service in the country on a
full-time basis, preferably in his/her home region,
and preferably along his/her field of
specialization, for a minimum period equivalent to
the length of time he/she enjoyed the scholarship.

awarded to students with high aptitude in
science and mathematics and are willing to
pursue careers in the fields of science and
technology.
