NCE is a group of companies known as “NG” with its head office based in U.K (Landon) and branch
offices in Delhi (India), Mumbai (India) and Katihar (India), Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman,(United Arab of
Emirates),Toronto(Canada) Riyadh ,Jeddah, Madinah (KSA), Los Angeles (USA and Singapore) with many
of our valued clients spread across India and GCC. The company was established in the year 1991 there
year experiencing and extending with diversification of company business, now company stand as a
group of companies.
NCE is a part of “NG” group of companies and “NCE ” is serving in kingdom more than three years based
on Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Madinah with vast national & international experience gearing up to
play leading role in the field of contracting services like civil works, electrical works, building
constructions and maintenance, Consultancy and Engineering Service, etc . NCE are to build quality
construction projects according to their original specifications, on time and in budget. Architectural
craftsmanship, engineering, integrity, honesty, and quality workmanship are what they have built their
reputation on since last two decades.

 The Quality group is a collection of individuals responsible for

implementing NCE Quality Policy.
 The Quality group is well supported by the Construction
Quality Assurance, Civil Engineering Group, knowledge
Management Group, and the Training Group.
 The Civil Quality Assurance group ensures that the project
quality activities are planned and implemented in accordance
with our Quality Policy, in all deliverables.
 The Civil Engineering Group defines, maintains and improves
our Quality Management System.
 The Knowledge Management group ensure latest technology
is incorporated in to our Tools, Techniques and Methodologies
used to deliver high-quality services to our customers ensure
continuous process improvement.
