Subject : Durga Puja Celebrations at SIC

Dear Sir,
I request you to kindly issue permission for the below listed activities for
Durga Puja Celebrations at SIC campus to be organized on 7th and 8th October.
Police permission and food affidavit will be submitted soon. We request
you to kindly grant the permission for:
1) Usage of Atrium Area – 7th & 8th October
2) Entry for Food caterer – 7th October
3) Usage of mess hall -2 7th October
4) Entry for DJ music system – 8th October
5) Use of electricity for DJ - 8th October

The permission of the ground will also have to be taken for the
above thing . The photocopy of the above stated document will be attached
and will be given to security department.
