ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to the people who, with all they can,

helped me in making my On-the-Job Training a possible one.

To my parents, for their unending love and support, for providing all my needs financially and morally,

for their patience and understanding during my tiring days that I can’t help them in the chores, for their never

fading advices and for being there for me no matter what.

To my brother and sister who serve as an inspiration to me, who keep on encouraging me to always

make the best out of everything and for their being proud and ever supporting siblings to me.

To the school where I am studying, Technological Institute of the Philippines, where I am

continuously growing as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

To my friends and co-trainees, for the happiness and for being there to support me and to comfort

me whenever I have difficulties during my training. I thank them for the friendship and teamwork.

To all my professors who shared and continuously sharing their knowledge with students like me

and keep on molding me into a better person. I am extending my warmest thanks especially to Engr. Cherry

Casuat, our OJT in – charge who is always there to help and guide me when there are concerns regarding

OJT.

To our Project Manager, Engr. Michael Mendoza, Project In-Charge, Engr. Christian Talaue, to our

time keeper Mr. Cezar Mape and to our trainers, Engr. Michael Castillo, Engr. Joseph Santos, Engr. John

Ubalde, Engr. Rose Ann Rofuli, Arch. Karen Lopez and other staffs that helped me during my training who

shared their knowledge, methods and gave me advice for the development of my skills as an engineering

student and an aspiring Civil Engineer. All your contribution for my development will greatly helped me to

improve my skills as a civil engineering in the near future and as a professional individual.

iii
To Vision Properties Development Corporation for giving me the chance to be part of their company

even for a quiet time. For letting me explore to different departments to experience the actual work that we

will be doing in the near future.

Above all, I would like to give my deepest gratitude to our Almighty God who never fails to give

opportunities that would help me improve myself and develop the things that I’d learned in this on - the - Job

Training.
