NABARD, Rajasthan Regional Office invites applications under “Two Bid System” on
prescribed forms for the under noted works from reputed Consultancy Firms/Companies
engaged in conducting structural audit, Non-destructive testing of structures & allied
works of multi- storied buildings.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria: The Firm/Company:-

1. Should have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Consultancy and

conducting of Structural Audit, NDT of various Buildings. Should have services of
Licensed Structural Engineer registered with appropriate authority.

2. Should have successfully completed in last 5 Financial Years, at least three works
in the field of Consultancy for Structural Audit of various Buildings including

 conducting NDT, preparation of BOQ with estimates, drawings/ specifications
based on NDT for reputed organizations.

3. Each consultancy work order inclusive of NDT work should be in order of as given
below:
Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of estimated cost
OR
Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of estimated cost
OR
One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost

4. Completion certificate issued by the client should be enclosed.

5. Should submit audited balance sheets / P&L account and Income Tax clearance
certificates for the last 3 financial years.

Interested Consultants/Firms may submit Pre -qualification Bid and Financial Bid in
separate envelopes superscripted as Pre-qualification Bid and Financial Bid, respectively
and sealed. The Financial Bid of only those who qualify in terms of eligibility criteria will
be opened.
