Inspection Report for the month of January, 2019

Designation: Sr. Bridge Design Engineer

During this month, following review of the design reports and relevant drawings were
carried out against my input on this project. All the below mentioned review work were
submitted to TL, PMAE for further action at his end.

1. Worked on review of superstructure design and drawings of the Right Loop

Ramp-1 voided beam and slab type superstructure with integral as submitted by
the contractor vide letter nos. 2582 dated 04.12.2018 for PMAE Review

2. Review of GFC drawings of pier cap type-C and E of Viaduct-1 on south

approach side of main bridge as submitted by the contractor for PMAE’s review
vide its letter no. 2706 dated 28.12.2018.

3. Worked on review of design and drawing of shear key / seismic stoppers

provided on free and fixed pier location of Viaduct-1 as by the contractor for
PMAE’s review vide its letter no. 2707 dated 28.12.2018 after duly incorporating
our previous observations.

4. Review of the structural drawings of the superstructure of the two major bridges
at Ch. 15+784 and Ch 19+265 respectively as submitted by the contractor vide
its letter no. 2711 dated 31.12.2018 for PMAE review.

5. Worked on the review of revised design and drawing of pier pile foundation of
pier V3-P12 and V3-P13 under viaduct-3 as submitted by the contractor vide its
letter no. 2740 dated 07.01.2019.

6. Worked on review of the revised General Arrangement Drawing of Right Loop

Ramp -2 under viaduct-2 location as submitted the contractor vide its letter no.
2812 dated 23.01.2019
