Lesson idea implementation:

Teacher will go over a power point with the different phases of the moon and why the moon has different
phases. Students will use their notes to create a PowerPoint with a voice over. The PowerPoint will contain
the different phases of the moon. The voice will contain all the facts so no words will be on the slides.
Students will create a moon using the shapes and drawing icons on PowerPoint.

Students will turn in the assignment to the dropbox. Students will receive a checklist of items to complete for
the assignment. The same checklist will be given back to the students with their grade. The lesson will be
concluded by showing different phases of the moon on the screen and have students respond.

Reflective Practice:
Students will go outside a draw how they see the moon for one month and turn in the assignment for a grade.
