Executive Summary:
The inspection report shows that there are some high risk hazards are in
the site which required immediate actions. In which the Electricity is major hazard
which have significant risk to the employees if not properly use. Poorly maintained
Electrical machines & power tools can produce the risk of electrocution, over loaded
Electrical Equipment can produce fire hazard. So should be check the all electrical
equipment by a competent person. Repair all the faulty equipments.
Another major issue I have discussed is working on height. Many people’s are
seriously injured or kill as the result of falling from heights. So all platform scaffolding
Should be provided with guardrail system
