OBJECTIVE At the end of teaching and learning session, student will gain:
1. Student will gain knowledge about healthy eating and safe eating habits.
2. Students will gain knowledge about managing daily calorie needs.
3. Students will gain knowledge about the effects and hazards of taking excessive food intake.

HOMEWORK Overall the teaching and learning process can be done well. Students were given homework to make a simple food calorie guide. I feel
very happy and impressed by the students in this class, as they are teaching and learning sessions that can run smoothly and most
importantly, at the end of the session the student can apply the knowledge in their daily lives.
REFLECTION OF I feel that students are very good at teaching and learning sessions today. Besides that they were able to complete the assignment
