I believe that this thinking is certain and practical depending on how each person thinks or acts
on the fact of studying at a university or college. People once had in mind and believe that
attending university or college it means of holding high-level hierarchical positions and earning a
lot of money. People who had this opportunity (to study higher level) did not take much time to
their success and improve their lifestyle.

At present, in Mozambique for example, the situation is taking a different perspective, the number
of people with higher levels of education is much greater and employment opportunities tend to
be scarce, due to the fact that the employment market is competitive. This comes from the idea
that in the past people who studied a higher level were able to hold high-level positions, and that
meant a lot of money they had.

On the other hand, studying at university does not mean that you will have direct employment
only you are going to acquire knowledge, but it also means preparing a better future that is
attractive to the skills and competences that you acquired during your training.

In sum, when we weigh both the viewpoints, it is clearly defined that studying at university or
college is the best route to success in career. And getting a job after school has more demerits
than merits.
