Technical literature and health and safety data on all Sika materials are available on request. Deliveries from stock are normally within 5 working
days from receipt of order. Contact the sales office for special order lead times. All Sika Limited products are sold subject to our Standard Terms
and Company’s Conditions of Sale and your attention is drawn to the following:
V.A.T. – Not included in listed prices, charged at current rate.
Prices – We reserve the right to alter any price.
Account Settlement – Payments are due by the last day of the next calendar month following the date of invoice.
Delivery Information – Standard Delivery is on a vehicle of our choice at a non specific time Monday to Friday. Where
non standard delivery, urgent delivery, a specific vehicle or timed delivery is required we will be
pleased to arrange the appropriate service on your behalf. Costs for such services will be passed
on to you. For a quotation please contact the Sales Order Department.
• Overnight Delivery requirements must be notified before 12:00 noon.
Delivery to Site – Site address should always include post code and details of the main contractor, site agent or a
contact within your own company who is responsible for accepting deliveries at the said address.
If none of these contacts are on site on the agreed date for delivery the haulier is obliged to
return the goods to our UK warehouse. A second delivery will be arranged as soon as possible,
the cost of which will be passed on to yourselves. It is the responsibility of the contractor to
arrange adequate and appropriate equipment and manual labour for off-loading the goods.
Collection Policy – Collections from our warehouse are possible subject to a charge of £95 and minimum notice
period. Please contact the sales office for specific details.
Delivery Charges – Carriage free on orders over £750 net good value by normal routing to a single address within
the mainland of England, Wales and Scotland. Orders below the value of £750 net will be
charged at £80 per delivery.
Placing Orders – Orders should be placed by e-mail, fax or post and must include an official number for each
individual order. Telephone orders will be accepted if they include an official order number for
each individual order and are followed up with a written order.
Specials/Make to Order – For special colours and make to order items please contact us with your (MTO) Items
requirements and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Packaging – All Sika Packaging is supplied on a non-returnable basis, except 1000 litre tanks and pallets,
which remain the property of Sika Limited. Under the Duty of Care Regulations for Waste
Management, Environmental Protection Act 1990, it is the Users’ responsibility to dispose of
used/empty packaging and containers. Sika Limited is pleased to offer advice on safe disposal.
Return of Goods – We regret that we can only accept the return of goods supplied against orders, after prior written
agreement with our Sales Department, in which case a handling charge will be made. Non stock
items are not returnable
Retention of Title – Your attention is drawn to condition 9 of our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale concerning
the passing of title of our products.
