Brief Outline of Incident

Above-named complainant, 33 yrs old married and resident of above-stated address,

personally appeared this station and complained that her daughter is missing around (3) three
days at about 08:35 PM, on the Consolacion Public Market and when she went to the comport
room to urinate, left her daughter in the carenderia who was then still eating. Upon her return,
saw the daughter was no longer there where she left. Searching Operation is going by the
elements of this station.

This Police Blotter Report is being issued to CHRISTINA PRUITT, for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
