INGREDIENTS

½ Chicken breast
1 cup of rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of oil
¼ of peppers
4 sausages
½ pound of peas
¼ pound of beans
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1 clove garlic

RECIPE
1. Wash the breast and put it to cook with a little salt and onion.
2. Cut the onion, the garlic, the pepper, the carrot, the sausages and the beans
3. Warm the oil in a pot, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper
4. Add the rice and continue sautéing to brown.
5. Add the vegetables and the broth where the chicken was cooked.
6. Stir everything, rectify salt and let cook until the sequel.
7. Lower the heat, cover the pot and continue cooking for another 25 minutes.
8. Add the shredded chicken and mix everything.
9. Serve and decorate with ketchup.
